At HoiPong, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Return Eligibility

You have 14 days from the date your order is placed to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

• Be unworn, unused, unwashed, and free of any damage.
• Be in their original condition with all original tags (if applicable).
• Be returned in their original packaging whenever possible.
• Include your order number or proof of purchase.

Return Shipping & Restocking Fee

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Approved returns of unworn and undamaged items are subject to a 15% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund (less the 15% restocking fee, if applicable) will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
